Terms & Conditions

These are general contractual rules applying between guest and property:


1. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: from 13:00 (3:00 PM) to 22:00 (10:00 PM) 

Check-out: from 08:00 (8:00 AM) to 12:00 (12:00 PM / noon) 

Late arrivals or check-in outside these hours may need to be arranged in advance.


2. Cancellation / Prepayment

Cancellation and prepayment rules depend on the room type / booking option selected. 

You must check the specific cancellation conditions when booking (e.g. how many hours / days before arrival). 


3. Extra Bed / Occupancy

Extra bed is available upon request. 

Cost: OMR 5 per person, per night (not included in the base room price). 

The allowable number of extra beds depends on the specific room option. 


4. Children & Cribs / Cots

Children of all ages are welcome. 

No cribs (cots) are available at the property. 
Extra beds (as above) are subject to availability. 

5. Pets

Pets are allowed. 

Additional charges may apply for pets (varies by booking source). 


6. Payment Methods

The property accepts Visa, cash, and other standard payment methods. 

Some incidental charges or deposits may be required (photo ID, security deposit). 


7. No Age Restriction for Check-in

There is no minimum age requirement for check-in. 


8. Special Requests / Additional Terms

Special requests (room location, late check-out, extra services) are subject to availability and may incur extra charges. 

The terms and rules may vary by room type or promotional offer. 

Policies

These are the operational / property policies regarding usage, behavior, services, etc.:


1. House Rules / Conduct

Non-smoking property (or non-smoking in rooms) 

Guests are expected to respect quiet hours, other guests, property facilities, etc. (standard hotel conduct).

Pets must follow the pet policy and any restrictions.


2. Internet / WiFi

Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. 


3. Parking / Arrival & Shuttle

Free on-site parking is available. 

Shuttle / airport transfer may be available for a fee. 


4. Cleaning / Housekeeping

Housekeeping is provided (daily) and linen / towels changed on request. 

Guests may request additional cleaning services (may cost extra).


5. Amenities / Facility Use

Guests may enjoy gym, spa / hot tubs, swimming pool, garden, etc. 

Use of such amenities may be subject to opening hours, safety rules, and possible extra charges.

Children should be supervised in pool / recreation areas.


6. Liability / Damage

Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to property or furnishings.

The hotel may hold a security deposit or pre-authorization for incidental damages.


7. Access / Security

Long hours  reception and security are provided. 

Guests may be required to provide identification upon check-in. 


8. Children / Safety

Some outdoor spaces (balconies, terraces) may not be suitable for children.
